Super delicious ramen and fried rice. I especially like one of their version of ramen with lots of beansprouts, cabbage and mustard spinach. We chose both shoyu and miso ramen and they are both very tasty. You can customise your ramen on the hardness of the noodles, the strength of the taste and the level of oil. It’s the best ramen we had tried in Japan so far. And the price is very good too. We will definitely come back again :-)

This was my first Iekei ramen. There are many seats inside, and it might get quite crowded, but it was empty at lunchtime on a weekday. You buy at the ticket machine, then tell the staff your preferred customizations. I chose soy-sauce flavor; first comes the soy-sauce taste, then the tonkotsu taste. What I ordered was a set with 2 differently flavored slices of chashu, a boiled egg, and a boiled quail egg. The ramen itself is delicious, but it seems the flavor is adjusted with additives, giving it a franchise taste. People who order ramen can have free rice, so it's good for those wanting to eat a lot.

We loved this ramen. You can choose everything: how the noodles are cooked, the strength of the flavor, and the type of broth. You even get free unlimited rice.

I ordered a large spicy meat ramen with black pepper. Chose firm noodles, strong soup, and normal oil. Wow, I got carried away. Choosing strong soup made it really thick. Pretty heavy (my own fault). The noodles are thick and satisfying. The chashu is tasty. My child liked the ramen and finished it. There are chopped ginger, garlic, and doubanjiang toppings, so you can enjoy it to your taste. The selling point here is unlimited rice. It must be great for hungry young people. They weren't offering free large noodles because of rising prices. It feels more like having fun with ramen than savoring it. The tonkotsu soup here might be heavy as you get older. (Don't ask why I came to an Iekei place.) For Iekei in Tomakomai, there's 前◯屋, which has better service and treatment of children. If you're going as a family, go there.

The ramen was very delicious, and I was satisfied overall. I also appreciated the free rice, which left a good impression of the service. However, the attitude of a tall male staff member wearing glasses bothered me. It was disappointing that his service felt somewhat careless, including making noise. The ramen itself is truly delicious, but the impression of the service affected my rating, so I'm giving 3 stars this time.
