Tuesday 11:00, first visit Parking beside the shop for 7〜8 cars Nobody was there 10 minutes before opening, so I waited first in line Then customers arrived one after another Only counter seats and 3 tables After opening, ordered miso ramen ¥1,000 at the ticket machine by the entrance The bowl arrived in less than 5 minutes. The kind you can tell is delicious just by looking Definitely Jun-Sumi style! The soup was properly rich, with some sweetness and the perfect amount of fat! The noodles were slightly firm, medium-thick, and bouncy! The chashu was so tender it fell apart when lifted, with a lovely light seasoning soaked in♪ The menma was thin with just a little bite left The crunchy bean sprouts were fragrant and appetizing too. Finished everything, even the soup, in no time. Just my taste and soooo delicious! Thank you for the meal🙏 I'll definitely go again!
View on Google【There was excellent Jun-Sumi-style ramen in Tomakomai too!】 I ordered "Manager's recommendation! Miso ramen" Exploring a new place for lunch in Tomakomai(^^)/ This is Jun-Sumi style! I wonder if they trained somewhere? The noodles are from Morizumi Seimen too. But it's slightly lighter, not overly rich, and well-balanced miso ramen! Maybe I'll try the fried rice next time~ ※Really hoping for a half-portion fried rice!!
View on GoogleI came in without doing any particular research beforehand. The interior felt clean, which already gave me a good impression. Seeing "Morizumi Seimen" on the entrance curtain convinced me I'd found a winner. I ordered miso ramen; despite being a simple bowl, both the soup and noodles were highly accomplished and very delicious. Personally, it's a highly satisfying bowl that ranks in my top 3 and makes me want to return. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleI came to Hokkaido for the first time on a business trip from Tokyo. It was so delicious that ramen alone wasn't enough, so I added fried rice. My accommodation is nearby, so I think I'll visit several times during my business trip.
View on Google2026.03 This shop has what is called a 〇〇-style flavor, with seared miso, curly noodles, and a ginger accent. There isn't that much oil, so I think it's relatively light to eat. Nothing particularly stands out as extraordinary, but it's cohesive, fragrant, and I think it's delicious ramen. Personally, I think Morizumi Seimen noodles suit this style best, and this place uses that very Morizumi Seimen. But I actually like high-hydration noodles that are almost translucent, rather than medium-hydration noodles like these~、、、、 Still, I like them much more than the 〇〇-maru noodles from 〇〇 Seimen that shops of this style have been adopting in recent years.
