Basic ramen but exactly what I needed. Arrived just at closing time but they stayed open so I got to eat when everywhere else was closed. Rest of the food in town is much farther from the dock, so definitely a solid option. Especially when you don’t eat on the ship, this place will be your salvation.

A ramen shop full of memories that my father used to bring me to. A sinful place that turned me into a ramen lover. I ordered the shoyu 特製ラーメン. The special is a wonderfully filling dish loaded with an almost excessive amount of bean sprouts and minced meat. It was crowded as always. Many customers looked like truck drivers, but where do they park their trucks? After about 10 minutes, the bowl arrived. It smelled ridiculously good, sending my appetite into overdrive. First, a sip of broth……delicious! The shoyu is slightly sweet, but its richness and depth are incredible. Before pulling out the noodles, I greedily shovel bean sprouts and minced meat into my mouth. I want rice~ but rice with this ramen is a double-edged sword. Once you order it, you're bound to be so stuffed you can't get up from your chair. Suppressing my craving for rice, I slurp the noodles again……so good~ I'm ridiculously happy! Then I add the pepper and garlic on the table……oh no, I want rice~ I'm an idiot lol I mindlessly devour noodles, bean sprouts, and minced meat, but the chashu is also wonderfully meaty and delicious. Before I know it, the bowl is empty. My first visit to 三九 in a long time, and I got to enjoy the same fantastic flavor as always! Thank you, and thanks for the meal✨

Ordered 特製みそ (with bean sprouts & minced meat) 1100円 Very close to the famous 山岡家, yet it was busy, with customers constantly coming and going. The flavor is beyond reproach. The noodles are tasty. The ingredients are tasty too. The chashu is the classic, traditional kind. The broth really delivers the miso flavor. Not salty, just perfectly balanced. I tend to think lots of bean sprouts will water down the broth, but that didn't happen. I didn't want to waste the minced meat, so I drank it all. It's unusual to have beni shoga as a topping. At first, when ordering, I thought it was a little expensive, but seeing how popular it was, it made sense. Hygiene seemed well maintained too, and the service was pleasant. As mentioned in reviews, it's difficult if you're bringing preschool children. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who likes miso ramen.

・20241024 ⚫︎ 正油ラーメン I visited for the first time in 8 years, and it was as delicious as ever. It doesn't look flashy, but both the shoyu broth and noodles are deeply flavorful—simply delicious! With a bowl of ramen over 1,000円 being commonplace in Hokkaido these days, 830円 even feels very fair. I actually wanted shio, but after an 8-year gap, the desire to taste 正油ラーメン again won out! This really feels like the definitive 正油ラーメン!
