I've liked this restaurant's atmosphere since its Sapporo days; the wife is lovely. For ramen, I think it is good to try them in the recommended order🍜 People who like rich, heavy ramen might find it a little lacking… I think the noodles are slightly firm.

This was my first visit. I ordered spicy miso ramen. I could not choose the noodle firmness, but they seemed quite firm. I had been eating sweet things like soft serve and cake one after another, so the strongly seasoned soup was especially delicious. My companions had shio ramen and shoyu ramen, and apparently both were tasty. I thought there were a lot of student customers, and it turned out they offer a student discount. Kind of them. I used the restroom, and it was very spacious and very clean. It felt great. Could the older man who owns the place smile a little more? That was the only disappointment.

I think this ramen shop serves the tastiest ramen soup in Tomakomai. For fans of lighter flavors, the chicken paitan shio leaves no lingering aftertaste. The shoyu has a perfect combination of soy sauce and soup, completely unique; I cannot think of anything similar. The tantanmen has Chinese-style seasoning as well as heat. And the generously portioned tsukemen, whose diluting broth you might finish drinking before you realize it. These are my recommendations for summer. Also, apparently they collaborate with a popular gyoza shop, and I recommend the gyoza side dish too. People who like rich, heavy ramen may find it lacking. Since it is based on chicken paitan, I think it feels more Western than Japanese. Parking is limited to about 4 cars, and it is usually busy at lunchtime, but customers turn over quickly, so I think you can get in without waiting very long. The time from ordering to being served is also fairly short.

おぬき醤油ラーメン is incredibly delicious! The soup is fantastic! I recommend the mini chashu don too! The sauce goes so well with the rice! And the bean sprout namul on top is delicious! A large serving, mini chashu don, and gyoza fill you up for less than 1500円! That is great for a big eater like me. Apparently, if you come with children, it is 100円 cheaper per person. Amazing!

I had the most popular miso ramen. It is light! There is a little more oil floating on top, but the soup itself is light and delicious. The seasoning of the menma fits the soup too. The chashu smelled a little like rancid oil, but I think many people might not mind it. I also felt that with less oil, it might be close to the flavor of the now-closed famous Chitose restaurant 「〇平ちゃん」? (Just my personal opinion.) Next time I would like to try shio. I also had gyoza (5 pieces). The filling has just the right amount of garlic, wrapped in thin but chewy skins. The menu had a message along the lines of “Try them without sauce first.” Sure enough, they are very delicious without sauce. I kept going without sauce through 4 pieces. I used sauce only for the last one, and they are delicious with sauce too! I think just vinegar and pepper would be delicious as well.
