I'm not a local, but I'm hooked!! At first, my goal was to conquer the whole menu, going miso→spicy miso→soy sauce, and I came every week with friends. But trying 泡カミナリカレー blew me away🫨 Since then, I haven't been able to order anything except medium-spicy 泡カミナリカレー (back fat)‼️ Along the way, I wanted to learn more about the restaurant's flavors, so I held back my urge for 泡カミナリカレー, changed the spice level, and tried カミナリカレー and 泡カレー. But I always came back to medium-spicy 泡カミナリカレー (back fat)—that's how ridiculously hooked I am! lol lol The cheerful service from the owner, his wife, and staff makes the atmosphere fantastic👍 It's the restaurant I've visited most this year😁

The most satisfying bowl of ramen I had during my Hokkaido trip!🍜 The broth was rich without being heavy, the chashu thick and delicious, and the toppings fresh. Every bite brought happiness. The service was friendly and the dining environment comfortable, and the children enjoyed it too. It's a place that makes you want to return just for this bowl of ramen. I sincerely recommend it!

I tried カミナリ泡カレー. Even medium wasn't that spicy, and mixing it with the foam made it mellow. Extra spicy might have been fine. My wife tried the foam salt version. She seemed to like it. Cash only, and you buy a meal ticket from the machine first. The downside is struggling to decide what to buy.

My first visit. I knew about ramen topped with foam, but felt a bit reluctant and hadn't been able to try it (sweat). The ramen had no odd flavors; it was simply delicious ramen. At the start, you coat the noodles in foam, and partway through eating the foam disappears. The chashu also had just the right bite while remaining tender and delicious. If extra toppings are available, I'd like extra chashu next time. Thanks for the meal!

Second visit. I had the salt-flavored foam ramen. The light, mellow soup makes you want to drink every drop. It clings to the curly noodles and pairs perfectly! A staff member said to stir it. Thick menma, meltingly tender pork-belly chashu, and crunchy wood-ear mushrooms—lots of textures, and I enjoyed it.
