・20211009 Ramen (shoyu) × mini curry set A It had been a while since I visited 平成ラーメン. This was my first time trying the curry. Since it is made without added water, my expectations were sky-high, and it fully lived up to them😋 It was rich, and spicy yet fruity🎶 This curry might have its own fans👍

It is beside the road, but feels a little hidden and is easy to overlook. The spacious interior has counter, tatami, and table seating. I chose shoyu ramen for the ramen✖️mini curry set. The shoyu ramen is simple, light, and old-fashioned. Delicious! The curry was more authentic than I expected, and delicious too! I think some people come specifically for the curry rice. 1000円 for the set is reasonable and good too. I plan to return.

The restaurant's location really is easy to miss. Almost opposite ヤマダ電機. I went because the spicy miso with cheese caught my attention, and because they had children's ramen. First, the entrance was open, so I braced myself, but there was no air conditioning or fan. I was drenched in sweat after eating. It brought back the nostalgic feeling of eating in the days before air conditioning was common. If you deliberately want to return to early Heisei, do visit! The spicy miso with cheese was a ramen you cannot experience elsewhere. The soup was tasty, and the chashu was well seasoned. It also included naruto, which you do not see much these days. My child enjoyed the children's ramen. If you are a Rolling Stones fan, go.

A ramen shop standing between ネッツトヨタブルーツイン and アップルワールド. The surroundings have become busy, so it stands out less now💦 The exterior looks old, but the interior is well cleaned and tidy. Shoyu ramen and mini curry set. Perfectly ordinary ramen, and that is what is good about it🎵 The curry: “Packed with tomatoes and spices,” exactly as the menu says‼️ Apparently, if they sell out during the day, they close for the evening.

The ramen is traditional, with slightly strong flavor and saltiness, but both the ramen and curry made without added water conveyed the female owner's simple yet careful work. The shoyu ramen has quite a lot of pepper from the start. I thought perhaps they could reduce it a little and let customers adjust it to their taste? As someone around fifty, I like places where you can eat traditional ramen like this. I hope it never disappears. If asked whether I would go again, I would say yes. Next time I'll try miso☺️
