Pasta is magical! So is the cold negi soup. All in all, a delightful find!

I went for Sunday lunch. There are tables and counter seats. This time I chose set A with 手長エビのトマトクリームソース and a large portion of pasta. It comes with 1 small piece of homemade bread. I ordered the large pasta portion, but I think men might still find it small. The pasta is pleasantly chewy and the sauce is delicious👍 The soup in set A is delicious too! Enough to make me want a refill.😊 All the food was delicious. The food court inside the roadside station was crowded, but this restaurant wasn't that busy, so I could relax. However, I saw customers being shown to an unwiped table with breadcrumbs visible even from a distance. That was disappointing.

A restaurant at a popular roadside station in Tobetsu. I think making a reservation is a good idea. The lunch course was very delicious.

Since the restaurant is overseen by a famous chef, I feel they put a lot of care into the seasoning. On the other hand, being in a roadside station, it's relatively quiet and easy to get into.

I had ナスとベーコンのトマトソース. It looked small in the photo, but there was more than I expected, so I was satisfied.
