It’s very close to the Teshio roadside station. There’s a large parking lot behind the restaurant, but the ground is soft and soil-like, so it’s better not to park a motorcycle there. This time I had shio ramen for 900円. Perhaps there was a little lard on top, because the soup stayed piping hot until the end. The toppings were a classic lineup of chashu, naruto, green onion, and menma. The noodles were slightly flat and somewhat reminiscent of udon? The soup had a rich stock flavor and was delicious. It was lively, like a gathering place for local regulars. First-time tourists probably wouldn’t usually go here.

I dropped into a place that felt like the quintessential local eatery. I ordered shio ramen and onigiri（ume）. The flavor was gentle, but it was piping hot! The noodles were delicious too—exactly the ramen I’d been looking for. The onigiri was nicely salted and reminded me of the rice balls I was served in the countryside long ago. Thank you for the meal.

I had shoyu ramen. The chicken-bone broth wasn’t overly light, had a strong savory flavor, and the fat floating on the soup was delicious too.

I came back to eat after several years. Delicious even before eating😋 I had spicy miso, and my daughter had chashu miso. My daughter said it was delicious as she ate. It’s an old-fashioned, nostalgic flavor

The restaurant’s recommended spicy miso ramen is reasonably tasty, but the place looks like something from Kitanachelin(lol). The lady cooking suddenly started smoking as soon as she finished cooking. Unbelievable, in a restaurant....
