・Payment: Cash ・Parking: Available (6 cars) ・Reservations: Accepted (phone, Instagram) -------------- This is "Koufuku Chubo," a Chinese restaurant in Sunagawa City. The popular menu item is the "Shrimp Miso Ankake Yakisoba." The shrimp used are large and high quality, chosen by the owner personally after sourcing from suppliers and taste-testing. On top of that, it also uses shrimp oil from Shakotan sweet shrimp and shrimp paste. A dish that lets you fully enjoy the umami of shrimp. In summer, we go around the neighboring areas of Sorachi to buy vegetables. Ingredients are from Hokkaido, with Sorachi and local vegetables used according to the season, and the pork is Uehara Pork from Sunagawa — a lot of care goes into the ingredients too. We look forward to your visit…

Monday 26/8/3 I went around 13:00; there's parking space in front of the shop. Ordered the popular shrimp miso ankake yakisoba and the gomoku ankake yakisoba, Since the owner cooks alone, it seemed to take a bit of time, First the gomoku ankake yakisoba arrived! 5 minutes later the shrimp miso ankake yakisoba arrived~!! Both had about 5 big shrimp, the shrimp miso one might've had even more!? The gomoku had lots of toppings and sauce and went perfectly with the slightly charred noodles, The shrimp miso had an amazing shrimp flavor too, an ankake yakisoba you probably can't eat anywhere else! This one was way too good too~!! The floor and tables being a little greasy bothered me a bit, but I was totally satisfied!!
View on GoogleA place my mother told me about. The 4-person and 6-person tables are spaced out generously, so at lunchtime it fills up quickly even on weekdays. If you visit before 12:00, I think there's a good chance you'll get in without waiting… The ankake yakisoba seems to be popular, but since I'm a rice person I always order the gomoku ankake chukadon (with soup). My companion that day had the gomoku ankake yakisoba. By the way, the yakisoba and chukadon are the same price, ¥1,100. The plumpness of the shrimp and the crunch of the wood ear mushrooms are delicious♪
View on Google👍The karaage chicken set comes with four fist-sized pieces of chicken🫣 ✅Please don't park in the shopping center next door ✅Write your name and number of people, and the shop will call you ✅The signature fresh shrimp ankake fried noodles is a must-order
View on GoogleAnkake yakisoba packed with big chunks of shrimp! The plump texture is irresistible, and the sauce is thick~ and rich. It goes perfectly with the fragrantly seared noodles, so delicious you can't stop eating✨ The crunch of bok choy and wood ear mushrooms is a nice accent too. The portion is solid too, a very satisfying plate, shrimp miso is rich
View on GoogleThe shrimp miso ankake yakisoba had a lovely shrimp miso aroma, with lots of big plump shrimp, and was very filling. The gomoku ankake ramen had lots of toppings and plenty of volume, but as a ramen the flavor was a bit weak and felt greasy… If you want Chinese-style ankake, you might be better off choosing the yakisoba.
