Best cheeses in Hokkaido and amazing wine selection!

What a wonderful shop. Truly one of a kind! The retail shop on the right has "body-friendly" foods from all over Japan, goods for enjoying coffee, and all sorts of ingredients selected and gathered from across Japan, so it's fun. They also have a great selection of cheese, pâté, and so on. And the wine lineup is basically natural wine. If you tell the owner your preferences (and of course your budget), they'll recommend wonderful wines 🍷 you rarely come across. We were also recommended a wonderful wine in the 2,000 yen range. Very satisfied! Just going into the cellar and looking at the labels is fun. The cheese 🧀 and pâté are also delicious selections, though in small amounts. Next door is a cafe-like community space with a fireplace, which is lovely. I heard the owner moved to Hokkaido four years ago and ended up opening this shop. It would be great if a shop like this grew into a wonderful community involving the local area.

I had used their online store, but this was my long-awaited first visit. I was soothed by the calm atmosphere of the shop and the delicious coffee and sweets. There are books and board games, so you can spend time playing with your kids. I also bought wine and cheese, and they chose for us according to our wishes, so it's fine even if you don't know much about them. The staff were all friendly and attended to us politely.

They have a variety of products, but what caught my interest was the 『sold by weight』 section Wine, nuts, and cheese are also sold by weight, just like a supermarket abroad. You can also buy cute bottles for buying by weight. I bought wine, cheese, nuts, and cacao nibs. I'll come back with this bottle!
