A European-style restaurant on the shore of Lake Toya, about 5 minutes by car from the Lake Toya hot spring town. From inside the restaurant you can also see Mt. Showa-shinzan, a natural monument. The number of seats in our restaurant once reached a maximum of 36, but over about 10 years it has gradually been reduced to the current 10. Fantastic German food - for anyone who wants a little slice of home, this restaurant can give it to you! We had the pork beer stew and the sausage combo, a piece of home made apple cake and lovely apple juice! All very authentic and tasty Thank you
View on GoogleWe had a lovely time at Restaurant Bayern. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and honestly wished we were staying in the area longer so we could come back again. One thing that made us a bit sad: during our entire visit, no other guests came in. This place is beautiful, the food is fantastic, and the host is wonderful, it truly deserves more visitors. We hope to return next time we’re in the area.
View on GoogleInterior was very instagrammable (vintage vibe) and staff was super hospitable. We came in at 1.45 when the last order was at 2, and she still served us very patiently. Food was yummy and we will definitely be back again! Highly recommend the beef curry rice and crunchy fresh salad.
