The food is lovely, and very cheap. The parfiets especially are amazing! FYI, 軽食 and 喫茶 mean light meal and café, respectively. This is a very cute café with smaller portion sizes and lots of hot and iced drinks!

View on GoogleI went to try the local specialty of 白糠町. The interior is compact, with a snack-bar-style layout. There are lots of manga, and smoking is allowed inside. I ordered the octopus and whelk steak rice bowl for 1100円; it was excellent value and delicious.
View on GoogleA café in 白糠町. They also have a wide-ranging food menu, and I often had curry or spaghetti. In particular, the “つぶのペペロンチーノ,” made with locally sourced whelk, was fantastic.
View on GoogleWhenever I have something to do in 釧路, this is my lunch spot. The portions are pretty generous and the prices reasonable. I always order katsu curry spaghetti, and the curry tastes incredible!
