Judging by the location (quite far from the national road, deep in a residential neighborhood), perhaps this is a place frequented by local young people. The bright interior and spacious parking lot also seem convenient for younger customers. Beer is on the drinks menu, but the coffee shop has such a wholesome atmosphere that it almost doesn't seem to fit. The roomy space behind the counter and in the kitchen is something you don't find in cramped cities, and perhaps contributes to a relaxed state of mind. The staff (including ２ young women) seemed unhurried, which I found comfortable. I'm used to seeing harried staff in urban coffee shops and suburban family restaurants. The counter seats are generously spaced too, unlike a typical counter. The menu is extensive, including Japanese-style set meals, so you can use it like an ordinary restaurant.

On the way back from seeing the cherry blossom avenue along 二十間道路, we stopped for lunch because someone wanted Western-style food (omurice). It's a charming little place. They have ５ locations in 静内! I had delicious tarako spaghetti. You can add a hot coffee to the meal for 200円. The coffee was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I had the seafood doria. There's a parking lot right beside the restaurant, which made parking easy. The food was served quickly. I really enjoyed the delicious meal. Next time I'd like to order a different dish.

I had the hamburger steak set. Both the hamburger steak and the accompaniments were delicious, and I was very satisfied. The cauliflower pickles(?) in particular had a curry flavor and were extremely good. I thought their care in serving the small side dish warm was wonderful. The atmosphere was nice too, and I could see why so many people speak highly of this place.

A Western-style restaurant in 静内. There are plenty of counter seats, so it's easy to come alone and enjoy a meal without feeling self-conscious.
