A place I'd always been curious about whenever I passed by. My daughter had soy sauce ramen🍜, and I had あんかけ焼きそば. The soy sauce ramen was light but delicious. The あんかけ焼きそば was a good-sized portion with plenty of seafood, and I finished it all. The shop is in a prefabricated building, but it's no different from a regular restaurant. The parking area is a vacant lot with room for about 10 cars.

My first visit. I thought ramen was the main offering, but the 大海老天丼 my husband ordered had incredibly fresh, springy shrimp with a crispy coating, and came with extra sauce for those who like plenty of it. The ramen looked good and the broth was nice, but the noodles were a little lacking—so close, but not quite. The staff and the atmosphere were very warm and homey, which was lovely. When we visited, they were running a raffle spinner for a year-end and New Year event. We actually won the 4th prize, 1 kilo of rice! They gave us 大学芋 to take home on our way out! They took care of everything! Thank you!

I had あんかけ焼きそば. In the photo it was on a plate, but it came out on an iron griddle (?) and was even hotter and delicious! It came with the comment, “I tried making it look stylish,” haha. Between that and 「チャシュウー」 on the menu, it's somehow a cute little place. I'm also curious about 「ST 2,000円」 on the menu…。 Steak? The price makes ordering it take a little courage, but I'd like to try it next time. The あんかけ焼きそば was delicious, with a slightly sweet thick sauce.

I'd always been curious whenever I passed by, and this time I came in. I like ramen, so I had miso chashu, but both the broth and chashu were strongly flavored. I like strong flavors, but this was perhaps a bit too strong. Next time I'll try a rice dish.
