Best place

This is the Shizunai branch of Choice, a sushi restaurant chain in Hokkaido. I stopped by because a friend living in Hokkaido recommended it. The shop is notable for its very large sushi toppings, making it highly satisfying. The toppings are also good quality, and there were many sushi dishes using Hokkaido seafood. For example, there are toppings such as herring that are rare outside Hokkaido. I'd like to visit again when stopping by the Hidaka area!

Lunch at Choice feels like good value😃 Having lunch together feels a little luxurious😃 Our family often celebrates occasions at Choice, and the children are very happy with it, too😃 Choice's toppings are large and fresh, and I think everything tastes good😋 This time I ordered the Tsubu Yamawasabi Gunkan individually, and it was very delicious, so I recommend it😌

Choice is more expensive than nationwide conveyor-belt sushi chains, but it's fresh and tasty. I was happy to find a Choice in Shizunai, too. However, I'd be even happier if there were sushi toppings unique to the town where it's located. For example, in the Hidaka region, I'd like them to offer more dishes making use of whelks and kombu.
