I really like it!❤️❤️
View on GoogleI visited because I heard the Chahan was delicious. Chahan alone did not seem enough, so I also ordered Miso Ramen. For the Chahan, I did not hear any wok-tossing sounds, but it arrived right away. It seemed very moist, lacked punch, and was greasy. The ramen also had a weak miso flavor and lots of oil, leaving an average impression.
View on GoogleA newly opened ramen restaurant in Shinhidaka. To start, my husband ordered the Shoyu Ramen, which they say is their top recommendation, and I ordered Spicy Miso Ramen. Shoyu... it is delicious, as you would expect from their top recommendation. A gentle, clean flavor. But somewhat heavy on the oil. Spicy Miso... this is also a light, clean-tasting miso, but the heat is far sharper than you would imagine from such a mild broth. With this much heat, I would like a little more depth... Although this one has plenty of oil too... The chashu is the old-fashioned, chewy kind with a dense, firm bite! The noodles are on the thin side and suit this clean-tasting ramen well. Also, the Chahan was much more delicious than I expected! Actually, the Chahan may have been the best thing. But again, it felt like oil was pouring out of it... Overall, it is not bad, but there is so much oil that everything gleams, while it is not rich enough to say, “This might be great for people who like rich food!” That left an unfocused overall impression. The restaurant has only just opened, so perhaps it will gradually improve. I actually thought about giving 3 stars, but added one more for their spirit in carrying Shinhidaka's name in the restaurant name and my hopes for the future. Also, the female staff member was incredibly pleasant. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleThis was my first visit. I ordered Shoyu Ramen, and my husband ordered Spicy Miso Ramen. The Shoyu Ramen had only long green onions and chashu, while the Spicy Miso Ramen had only long green onions, bean sprouts, and chashu. With no unnecessary toppings, we could fully enjoy the broth's flavor. The Shoyu Ramen was not too salty and pleasantly light. The Spicy Miso Ramen had definite heat, but it was not just spicy—it was flavorful heat with umami. The chashu was very tender and delicious. Since the chashu was truly delicious, I plan to order Aburi Chashu Men next time. Apparently the Chahan is recommended too, so I would like to order that as well. The staff were energetic and their service was good.
View on GoogleInside there are counter seats, booths, and several raised seating areas. The dense chashu was delicious. The ramen itself was tasty too, but felt lukewarm despite the layer of oil on top. Although it has only recently opened, the service seemed well organized. It was a restaurant I would like to visit again.
