The ramen comes in miso, salt, soy sauce, and spicy miso flavors, but my recommendation is the salt ramen. The gyoza are ordinary and priced a little high. Another thing I'd recommend is that they have Heartland; apart from bars and the like, perhaps this is the only place in 静内 that does. However, it's served on tap rather than in bottles. Since they're open late, I come for a final meal after drinking or for dinner. The restaurant is clean and bright, and I think it's a very good place for ramen or a casual drink. Whenever I visit, I see one female staff member running it alone. Are there no other staff? Service gets a little slower when lots of orders come in, but I think that can't be helped.

I tried the paitan tonkotsu salt ramen! It's pork-bone based, but without a strong off-putting flavor, and it's very delicious. There are two noodle thicknesses, thin and medium-thick, and they ask which you'd like at the start. Both the owner and the staff are very cheerful and easy to talk to.

I had the miso ramen with thick noodles. The ginger came through, and the noodles were chewy. It was absolutely delicious. I hope they keep up the good work with late-night opening in 新ひだか町. Thank you for the meal!
