🍜Enjoying outstanding miso ramen at ラーメン飯店輝橋KEN🍜 This locally rooted ramen restaurant sits along the 日高 coast facing the Pacific Ocean in 静内, 新ひだか町, Hokkaido. Look for the striking dragon logo that immediately catches your eye as you enter the 静内 area. The signature 極みそ「KEOZO」 is a bowl packed with umami in a flavorful, ginger-infused miso broth. The aroma of ginger gently spreads through your mouth, and the deep umami that harmonizes beautifully with the rich miso base lasts until the end. Many locals recommend softer noodles, which blend even more seamlessly with the broth. The diverse menu includes ramen, curry rice, oyakodon, and fried rice, and the free drink bar is another welcome perk. The spacious, airy interior has 35 seats and bustles with local families and tourists driving through 日高. 🌀Closed Mondays and Tuesdays, so take care when stopping by early in the week. Popular dishes sometimes sell out early🪶 A staple ramen restaurant in 新ひだか町, recommended for 『people wanting a hearty meal while driving through 日高・静内』 and 『people seeking good value and ramen loved by locals』🍜 🌟Overall rating:★4.2 / 5.0

My first visit, on the way back from 新冠温泉(^^)/ It's great to have somewhere around here open late! I ordered the No.4 popular dish, 「麻婆ラーメン950円」, and a small rice for 150円! ※And orders of at least 600円 per person get a free drink barΣ( ̄□ ̄)! (Oolong tea, orange, Calpis) I was surprised by a service you don't see very often! The kids were happy too. The 麻婆ラーメン came piping hot in a clay pot and was delicious(^_^)b The tofu was great~! I couldn't resist an extra serving of noodles for 150円♪ But the 「塩ラーメン」 my family ordered was so-so. The 「辛みそ」 and 「みそ」 were pretty ordinary too, I guess~. The 麻婆ラーメン was a winner!

I'd been driving along the road in front of this restaurant for years without stopping. When I finally tried it, the ramen was so delicious that I regretted not coming sooner! I ordered the most popular miso ramen and added katsu, and the flavor was exactly my kind of thing. The base broth wasn't too salty; it was mellow and rich, with a slight ginger aroma (I don't like loads of ginger, so this amount was perfect). Partway through, I dissolved the ball of minced-meat miso to change the flavor. The slightly sweet meat miso with fried onions melted in, making it even mellower and richer. Absolutely delicious. The drink bar offered free with orders of at least 600円 is effectively free if you're ordering a meal, which is much appreciated. There are other famous restaurants in 新冠静内, but this tasted just as good. I want to keep coming here whenever I visit 静内. Why didn't I come sooner? (Haha.)

I visited around 14:00 on Sunday, April 26, 2026. There were counter seats, table seats, and raised floor seating, and the interior was fairly spacious. I ordered miso ramen for 900円 (tax included) and a half portion of fried rice for 350円 (tax included). It wasn't a one-person operation, but they were cooking earlier customers' orders and only started mine afterward, so my bowl arrived after about 10 minutes. My impression after digging into the ramen: the miso ramen was ordinarily tasty, just ordinarily. The fried rice, sorry, wasn't good; it had a strange flavor. My ratings: Ramen ★★★ Fried rice ★★ So the overall rating is ★★★ Probably won't return~ Sorry to the restaurant staff m(_ _)m This is strictly my personal opinion m(_ _)m

The nearby ramen place (karaage place?) was so awful that I left without eating, so I'm hungry. Ramen is definitely what I need to soothe my sadness. This ramen restaurant is a 1-minute drive toward 苫小牧 from that awful place. I ordered 極味噌ラーメン and a half portion of fried rice. There's a drink bar, and you can feel their hospitality in wanting customers to enjoy ramen comfortably. The awful place kept me waiting over 15 minutes despite barely having any customers, but here my bowl arrived in under 5 minutes even though there were quite a few people. Wonderful, harasho! Wow, it's delicious. The broth is rich (that's different from salty!), the noodles are smooth and chewy, and the seasoned egg, fall-apart chashu, menma, and bean sprouts are all delicious. The thing resembling minced-meat miso also paired unbelievably well with the ramen; mixing it in partway through made it even tastier. The fried rice was good too, but with broth this delicious, I regretted not getting plain rice to enjoy the soup to the last drop. This was a bowl of happiness that soothed my hurting heart. Thank you! It really was delicious! Thank you for the meal😊
