I recently visited this ramen spot and had a pretty satisfying experience! The ramen was rich and packed with flavor, which was exactly what I needed on a chilly day. The noodles had just the right amount of chewiness, and the broth was comforting. I was also pleasantly surprised by the good customer service. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're in the mood for a hearty bowl of ramen with a welcoming vibe, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I have tried the Shrimp soup base and scallop with ship base. Both are so delicious and rich. Suprisingly great tasting! It’s full of flavour and what a beautiful presentation. The charsiu was so nice. Not oily at all just what I always prefer it to be.

One of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I was staying at Hoshino Tomamu Resort, and despite the long queue (usually around 30–50 mins), I still couldn’t help but come back 3 days in a row. I tried a few of their ramen during my visits, and not a single bowl disappointed. The noodle texture was spot on every time, and the soup was deeply flavourful without being overwhelming. You can really taste the care and balance in each bowl. Yes, the wait is long, but it’s absolutely worth it.

We ordered the yuzu soy sauce ramen, the burnt garlic miso ramen, and a tokachi pork bowl. All three were delicious and just the right seasoning. The price is right for a location like this. Portion is good.

Takezo Ramen impressed me with the Hokkaido Seafood Special. The broth was rich yet clean, full of natural seafood sweetness, and the noodles had a great bite. Fresh, generous toppings made it a comforting and memorable bowl.
