🍛【お食事処 祥(よし)】A katsu curry with a thick loin cutlet sunk right in, a diner loved by Shihoro locals🌾A long-established diner founded 32 years ago in Shihoro Town, a cozy, community-rooted spot that relocated and renovated in 2016. With a Japanese-style storefront lined with banners for ramen, katsu set meals, and katsu curry, its charm is the warm atmosphere created by a married couple running it with teamwork built over many years. 🍱The one I'd recommend without hesitation is the "Katsu Curry." A large, thick, crispy-fried loin cutlet half-submerged in the roux, with a crunchy coating and juicy meat — classic, moving goodness. The spices lean mild so anyone can eat it easily, a gentle, homestyle curry experience with the sweetness of onions and the savoriness of the meat melted in. They also have diner classics like katsu set meals, salt ramen, and tonkatsu curry, and the large rice is more than double the regular serving, a volume that would make even young guys cheer. 🍃With counter seats, table seats, and even a raised tatami area with horigotatsu, the shop is family-friendly too. Being in Shihoro, Tokachi, access is basically by car, and the only thing to note is that it's a bit off the tourist routes. Recommended for "people who prioritize volume" and "people who love community diners," a set-meal staple that keeps Shihoro townspeople's stomachs full. 🌟Overall rating: ★4.0 / 5.0

Since it's in town, you need to park in the town parking lot behind the shop, but it was large and easy to park in. The menu is simple, broadly just ramen, katsu curry, and katsu set meals. The katsu was freshly fried and tender, and quite filling.
