Inside the building called the memorial hall are the Ota Kanichi Memorial Room, the Yasumura Shiro Memorial Room, the Shihoro Agricultural Experience Hall, a multipurpose hall, a food processing practice room, meeting rooms, and more. According to the information sign, it explains that it "was built with the aim of helping many people understand Shihoro's agriculture and agricultural cooperative." The "Shihoro Agricultural Experience Hall" is a museum that summarizes the history and initiatives of the Shihoro Town agricultural cooperative and displays them in a visually easy-to-understand way. I was surprised at how impressive it was. Shihoro's main crops are introduced with three-dimensional objects. The stylized depictions are also superb. The explanatory text uses friendly, approachable wording that's easy to understand even for elementary school students. The exhibits made it very clear that the Shihoro agricultural cooperative's initiatives are among the most advanced in the country and are drawing attention from various fields and regions. Other exhibition rooms included the Ota Kanichi Memorial Room and the Yasumura Shiro Memorial Room. Without these two, today's thriving Shihoro agriculture probably wouldn't exist.

A memorial hall opened to the public for free by JA Shihoro-cho. The memorial room for Ota Kanichi, the founder of JA Shihoro-cho, is impressive.
