Visited “炭火焼肉 いち 士別店” in Shibetsu City. The interior is clean with a calm atmosphere. This time I ordered the Shibetsu specialty “士別サフォークラム.” It has no unpleasant odor, with a good balance between the sweetness of the fat and the savory flavor of the lean meat. Charcoal grilling brings out its aroma, allowing you to fully enjoy the meat's flavor. I also ordered “石焼ビビンバ.” The stone bowl is heated intensely, at an overwhelmingly higher temperature than at other restaurants, making the toasted aroma and texture of the rice crust stand out. Particularly recommended for lovers of crispy rice crust. The staff are courteous too, and if you want quality yakiniku in Shibetsu, this restaurant is worth visiting at least once.

Both the beef and lamb are delicious✨ The staff's service was good too, and I ended up staying a long time💦 The interior is spacious, and I wondered if they're using the previous establishment's premises as they were. There's a kids' corner too, so I think it's convenient, but it may be so spacious that it feels a little unsettling😅

A high-quality yakiniku restaurant❗️You can't get tongue and the like at those prices elsewhere. Some reviews called it a luxury yakiniku restaurant, but it's actually cheap～haha Since the tongue is that tender, I'd love them to go for thicker cuts～Though some cuts may indeed look expensive. Their attention to salt is nice too! I basically only use sauce for vegetables myself. The chanja rice bowl was incredibly good!

When I visited after a long time, all the staff except the owner had become foreigners. (haha) Their Japanese was still halting. Even simple communication didn't get through. (When I said I wanted the raised seating area, they gave me a ??? expression and silently pointed to a table, haha.) Other customers were there too, and apparently they received drinks different from what they'd ordered and pointed it out. Checkout also takes time because they repeatedly go to ask the owner? questions, so you have to wait a very long time... The food is delicious, but... until they get used to things, I think they should have 1 experienced Japanese floor staff member on duty at all times. (When I pointed to the raised seating area and asked, “Isn't that space available?”, they finally seemed to understand and seated me there successfully. It's a mystery why they directed me to a table that made me walk when that space was available.)

All the meat was delicious! The staff's service was good, and I'd like to visit again.
