For payment, they use Airペイ, so various methods were accepted. I had the pork kakuni and vegetables for ¥1,595- (tax included). It's very carefully prepared, just as it looks. The spices come through well and the heat is distinct, but there's sweetness too, so it's easy to enjoy. Considering the curry types, spice levels, and extra toppings, there are quite a lot of customization options, so it seems good for repeat visits. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI visited Rojiura Curry SAMURAI. Furusato for lunch. To give my conclusion first, both the vegetables and chicken are very satisfying, and this is a place to enjoy well-balanced soup curry. This time I ordered “Chicken and 20 kinds of vegetables for 1 day's intake,” and asked for the chicken crispy. As soon as it arrived, the first surprise was the abundance of colorful vegetables. Each was carefully cooked, and I was impressed by how clearly the ingredients' own flavors came through. The main chicken was crisp and fragrant outside, juicy inside, and very satisfying to eat. It paired well with the soup, and I enjoyed it to the end without getting bored. The soup itself was rich without being too heavy, with an excellent balance with the vegetables. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable too, and being able to enjoy a leisurely meal was another plus. I especially recommend it to anyone wanting plenty of vegetables or looking for satisfying soup curry. It was a place I'd like to visit again.
View on GoogleMy 3rd visit. This is a place where the soup curry is so delicious that no matter how many times you eat it, it feels as moving as the first time, and you leave swearing to yourself, “I'm definitely coming back.” The soup curry envisioned by the vegetable-loving owner is so impressive that it makes you think even people who dislike vegetables could discover the ingredients' natural deliciousness and perhaps overcome that dislike. The satisfaction after finishing is so high that it makes you want to choose the same menu item next time. You can select the soup type, spice level, rice quantity, and toppings to suit your physical condition, mood, and food preferences that day. There are even a full 1 day's worth of vegetables for those wanting plenty of vegetables, and a “Niku Matsuri Set” topping for when you want lots of meat or are thinking about protein! Meat choices include chicken, pork shabu, simmered lamb, kakuni, zangi, and more, so you can even adjust your fat intake. Beyond that, vegetarians and people cutting back on meat can choose vegetable-only dishes or dishes with fried tofu. It's truly one wish fulfilled after another. Besides the regular soup made with pork bones, mature chicken, aromatic vegetables, and Japanese stock, there are soups using soy milk and miso, and ones with coconut for added sweetness and richness. What's more, choosing no rice makes it 30円 cheaper, while there's an extra-charge system for increasing the spice level. The excitement doesn't stop even at the menu-selection stage! Time to eat! My customization this time was Samurai. Zangi & Chicken 1/2 and Vegetables (1,450円 (1,595円 including tax)), M rice (180g), regular soup, and spice level 3. The vegetables included karaage-fried burdock; green pepper, bell pepper, eggplant, and lotus root fried without batter; skin-on French fries; firmly boiled soybeans; and simply grilled pumpkin and broccoli, among others. Rich and light, sweet and pleasantly bitter. Every bite is delicious. The textures are fun. Spice level 3 has definite heat, but it doesn't linger and isn't painful. You can feel the care put into the ingredients and cooking methods. The texture of the zangi coating is good too. The service is courteous. And efficient. Their expressions are cheerful, but their manner of speaking is calm and their voices gentle, creating a reassuring space throughout the restaurant. The interior décor is stylish too. Cute. It makes you want to take photos. Looking back at those photos later is soothing too. I had the impression it was crowded during the day, but when I arrived at 17:30 on this Sunday, there were empty seats and parking spaces, and the restaurant was pleasantly quiet, with a nice, comfortable atmosphere. I felt I'd found my favorite time to visit. There also seemed to be a takeaway system that might allow advance orders, so it could be good for anyone wanting to eat at leisure at home or elsewhere. A restaurant I recommend!
View on GoogleDelicious 😋 Finally made it here! I heard it's run by an acquaintance's younger brother, and I usually just pass by, but this time I managed to plan a visit! That alone made me happy. For the slightly raised booth seats, you take off your shoes before stepping up. Lots of stylish touches everywhere, and it's relaxing. I ordered chicken and vegetables. Spice level 4. The slightly sweet soup packs a strong spicy punch—delicious! All the vegetables are delicious, from potatoes to soybeans and burdock! You could choose crispy or moist chicken, but I heard the regulars choose moist, so I chose that too! It was so delicious I almost didn't want to finish it all! Some people were ordering lamb and kakuni, and everything looked delicious. There was coconut-based soup too, so I started wondering what to eat next time. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleA soup curry shop with savory vegetable flavor in its soup. The “Niku. Matsuri” menu item is amazing. 12 kinds of vegetables, half a chicken, pork belly, lamb, and then zangi on top of that. Unless you reduce the rice, it's a stomach-bursting portion. There's coconut soup too, so you can get an ethnic-style flavor. Recently, they seem to have started adding prik kee noo from spice level 5. The refreshing heat that passes through your throat is delicious. A place I'd like to visit for an occasional treat.
