Visited 2025.5 Jingisukan eaten with ginger: tender, with a strong ginger flavor, and very delicious. There are about 4 counter seats and a raised seating area; about two portions felt just right. Jingisukan is the only meat on the menu, and there aren't many other items either. It's best to reserve, since it's popular,
View on GoogleAn acquaintance brought me here!! Apparently you need a reservation to visit ☆ The menu is jingisukan only, which shows their dedication ☆ The lamb had no unpleasant smell, and the ginger and sauce paired extremely well!! You can just keep eating (*´∀`*) Very satisfied!! I'd like to go again (*´ω`*)
View on GoogleIt was my first time having a large amount of grated ginger prepared in advance, then pouring sauce over it to make a dipping sauce. It was very refreshing and paired perfectly with the tender mutton, which had no unpleasant smell at all! You could easily eat around 2 portions. The prices were reasonable too, and it was fantastic. The pickles and hiyayakko were also good palate breaks. I went early, and it was completely empty, so I had the place to myself for a while. But they said they were serving reservations only that day, so you might want to consider a reservation essential.
View on GoogleYou can't visit without a reservation (*T^T) Someone brought me here again after a long time, and grilling the tender sheep meat on a distinctive plate without burning it, then dipping it in a ginger-rich sauce, was very delicious. I was surprised to hear they remove the sinew from every slice by hand! No wonder it's busy! Make a reservation before going. Added 2024年12月27日 The trick to not burning it might be not rushing the grilling. When I ate slowly, it didn't burn.
View on GoogleA jingisukan restaurant in Shibetsu, a sheep town famous for Suffolk lamb. The menu consists only of jingisukan, hiyayakko or yudofu, and rice. You can enjoy Australian jingisukan marinated in a sesame-oil sauce. The cooking arrangement is the opposite of usual: meat around the outside and vegetables in the middle. The vegetables are cooked in the center in the sesame oil from the sauce, and this was delicious in its own way. The only disappointment was that it didn't seem to be Suffolk lamb, but it's a popular jingisukan restaurant in Shibetsu, so do try it for dinner. You can end up eating quite a lot.
