The meat is very delicious.The salesclerk is kind, so they respond to requests.There is also ice cream for dessert.

しべつ産ラムジンギスカン and regular lamb jingisukan I ordered both to compare them, thinking I'd order Suffolk too if they were good The cheaper one at least had more proper-looking pieces, while, as in the second photo, 『しべつ産ラムジンギスカン 1830円』 was served as nothing but little scraps that looked ready to fall through the grill The taste was fine, so I thought perhaps this was simply a restaurant with disappointing operations and left early The restaurant was quite busy, seemingly bustling with locals and others, so maybe tourists get whatever treatment... Honestly, it was disappointing enough to make me dislike 『士別』, a really unfortunate evening The floor staff were working hard, so I added a star for that I think there are other things to do rather than spending money on a fancy website and SNS.

This was the number 1 meat I ate during this trip around Hokkaido! I had jingisukan made with Suffolk sheep from Shibetsu City, and it was so delicious. Perhaps because I ate it where it was produced, it was extremely fresh and wonderfully flavorful haha The seasoned jingisukan was also very delicious, even though it wasn't Suffolk haha I really think this restaurant alone makes Shibetsu City worth visiting haha Highly recommended!!!

I ordered a course with unlimited rice refills and checked 3 times, but no rice was served at all; it only arrived after half the course time had passed. Even afterward, there was no proper apology, just an extra two servings of meat.

The food and drinks are average The restaurant's atmosphere is nice, but as the reviews say, you can hear all the staff's conversations, and they seemed to be mocking people Service speed is on the slow side.
