I like it. Nice and simple.

I visited on a recommendation from Mifune in Shibetsu. I ordered the owner's recommended special tanmen and gyoza. As you'd expect from a long-established Chinese restaurant in Shibetsu, the tanmen was flavorful without being too strong or heavy, with the gentle flavors of vegetables coming through. A bowl that makes you want to have it again. The gyoza also had a good balance of filling and wrapper, with both garlic and ginger standing out for a punchy flavor!

Shibetsu is famous for jingisukan made with local Suffolk sheep, so I think a place serving Chinese food is valuable. It's open in the evening too, but it might close unless you visit by 19:00. The fried rice has plenty of ingredients and is delicious despite costing 900円 The gomoku ankake yakisoba also has plenty of ingredients, but the noodles were more suited to ramen, so the ramen might be better than the yakisoba The chinjao rosu is delicious too The rooms are fully private, making it easy for families to visit, and parking is easy too. When looking for somewhere to eat in Shibetsu, it feels like you can't go wrong putting this on your list.

The special tanmen is very delicious Lots of vegetables 💕 Apparently the owner was my late father's classmate; he's elderly but friendly and a good person 😆 I want to try every dish 😁
