A high-quality soba restaurant. Only open during the day. The soba is firm with a very strong buckwheat flavor. The sobayu is rich and delicious too. Soba of this caliber would probably cost 2,500円 in Tokyo. Here, you can have it for around 1,200円, with a reasonably generous portion too. Very satisfying. Electronic money isn't accepted. Cash only. It would be more convenient if PayPay were available.
View on Google25/11/6 Thursday Visited around 13:00. The parking lot was full, so I waited a little for a space. Turnover seemed quick, and I got into the restaurant soon. The interior is compact and feels like a place where jazz would fit well. I ordered a medium serving of motsu tsukesoba and mildly spicy meat soba, and here's where I was a little surprised! I thought it would be regular soba dipping sauce, but when I sipped it, it felt like a rich chicken soup with pronounced chicken and giblet stock! The rich dipping broth, unlike anything I'd tasted before, pairs with the firm soba! The staff's service was good too, and it was delicious and satisfying.
View on GoogleA soba restaurant I definitely want to visit whenever I go to Tayoro It's always busy, a famous place that people visit from other regions too
View on GoogleI'd been curious about this place for a while and finally visited. The parking lot was full too, and there can be a line depending on the time. Unlike the exterior, the inside is clean and stylish. I had the motsu tsukesoba. Enjoyed the flavor of the soba served cold. It really is good. The dipping broth has a strong giblet flavor and is delicious too. What should I eat next time? Hard to decide.
View on GoogleSeems like a popular place; I waited a little. I think I had either the pork tsukesoba or the mildly spicy meat tsukesoba, but my memory's fuzzy… I asked the staff for a recommendation, and they said the ◯◯ tsukesoba was popular, so I just said, “Then I'll have that, please.” I think that's why I couldn't remember it. Of course, it tasted delicious. The soba soft serve is delicious too.
