Beautiful ramen - shoyu base is more flavoursome than miso. Add butter for creaminess and an extra dimension of flavour. Delicious chicken yakitori with sea-salt, cooked to perfection - tender and juicy. Easy to order from tablet (with English translation) and friendly staff. Reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

The ramen is good, but most of the service was not. People here look genuinely unhappy and although the restaurant was full and we waited for 45 minutes, our loyalty in waiting to be called was not rewarded by staff who were happy to serve us. Again, the ramen is good. If you don't care about a friendly and warm atmosphere but want good quality of ramen then head over here. The amount we paid for the ramen was also very reasonable, the service was fast after we were seated, and paying at the machine was convenient. Also, immediately outside the restaurant is a fantastic view of the bay where you can catch the sunset. If there was a comparable ramen place nearby with better service and a friendlier atmosphere, I will most definitely would rather take my business there however there are not a lot of options in this area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Without a doubt, this was our favorite restaurant during our three-week road trip around Hokkaido, and my husband’s number one dining experience of the entire journey. Every single dish was outstanding. Everything looked so delicious that we kept saying, “We’ll take a photo after one bite,” but before we knew it, every plate was empty! That’s probably the best compliment we can give. We were even hoping to return the next day, but sadly our travel schedule meant we had to continue our journey. If you’re visiting Shari, please don’t miss this wonderful restaurant. They also serve the famous RIMO ice cream from Abashiri, which was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. What touched us most was the incredible kindness of the manager and staff. While we were waiting for our table, my husband suddenly experienced low blood sugar. We simply asked if he could order a sweet dessert while waiting outside. Instead, they immediately did their best to prepare a table for us as quickly as possible. Throughout our meal, they checked on him several times to make sure he was feeling better. Their kindness and genuine care meant so much to us. It wasn’t just a wonderful meal—it was a heartfelt experience that we’ll always remember. Thank you for your exceptional food, outstanding service, and warm hospitality. This restaurant will always be one of our most treasured memories of Hokkaido. We hope to visit again one day. 💗

Absolutely delightful Ramen and barbecued skewers. The Ramen noodles are just right. The pork is so flavourful. I can another few bowls. It is really awesome. Thank you for the great service.

We visited Namishibuki Sea Spray on February 16, 2026 at around 7:30 PM after arriving from Memanbetsu Airport. Before checking in to our hotel, we were looking for a place to eat and this was one of the few restaurants still open on Google Maps. We ordered the Special Negitoro Chashu Ramen and yakiton (pork yakitori). The Special Negitoro Chashu Ramen was really good. The tonkotsu broth was light but still very flavorful, and it was perfect for a cold winter night. It felt very comforting and satisfying. The yakiton was also well cooked and delicious. If we had more time in Shari, we would definitely come back and eat here again.
