I was genuinely surprised by how high the quality of the food was. From the uni and scallops to the clams, every seafood dish was incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The biggest surprise was the soup. They used whole kombu to extract a deep, rich umami flavor, and you could really taste the difference. It was simple, elegant, and absolutely delicious. Every dish showcased the natural flavors of the ingredients without unnecessary seasoning. If you’re looking for exceptionally fresh seafood and careful preparation, I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food here is really value for money. It is definitely not the best quality that you can have but hey, u get what you pay for. Their don is very generous and their in season sashimi is very fresh as well. It can be quite crowded during lunch time as it is not a big establishment.

We were hungry after visting the Cape Kamui viewpoint spot and happy to find this restaurant with parking avaliable open for business at 3pm on 27 May 2026. The two kinds of uni (red and white) don as well as fish, prawn and hotate sashimi were delicious! It was still open when we finished late lunch at 4pm.

Visited on 15 May 2026. Came here for lunch after visiting Cape Kamui. We had a fish set, sashimi, and sea urchin tamago don. The fish and sashimi were fresh and delicious, while the sea urchin don was rich with sauce and flavour. Raw sea urchin was more expensive hence we did not order it (I think it was not sea urchin season). Definitely something to try if you are around the area. They also have a small souvenir shop
