Fresh Urchin and local cuisine. yummy!

This year, maybe because of the heat, the price of bafun uni went up, so it was quite pricey, but I enjoyed the uni, which had no off-flavor and was packed with sweetness. However, I feel that many restaurants that sell this kind of thing cut corners on everything other than the main item. Rice, miso soup, pickles, soy sauce, wasabi. Everything except the uni was disappointing. Delicious uni is a given. I understand that's why the price gets high. But I think they should pay a bit more attention to the details.

Compared to other restaurants in the Shakotan area, it's a spacious place where you can relax. The uni is very sweet and delicious, with a generous portion♪ The Uni Uni Don makes the difference in flavors easy to tell, it's the best. I had the set tray meal. Each dish was delicious too, very satisfied. The staff are warm and kind. The parking lot is in front of the restaurant. A recommended restaurant

I ate bafun uni for the first time in my life at this restaurant. The sweetness and richness were strong—in a word, delicious😋 That said, it's not this restaurant's fault, but since the price is also shockingly high, I recommend ordering with your mind made up. Thanks for the meal😋

A little over an hour from Otaru. Drive a bit further alongside the coast where the ama divers are working, and there's the restaurant standing all on its own. I made a reservation in advance. It's a set with an uni bowl where you can taste two kinds of uni and various side dishes. The uni bowl is topped half with murasaki uni and half with bafun uni. They taste completely different, so comparing them is fun. The side dishes are refreshing ones like nanbanzuke, perfect for hot summer. They stimulate your appetite. There are lots of notices from the restaurant posted inside, but thanks to them, nobody has to put up with anything or feel uncomfortable, and you can spend a quiet time focusing on delicious uni. I'm grateful to have been able to eat something you can only enjoy during a limited period each year. It was delicious.
