札幌市北区にある【ごはんとだし やそはち】に平日の19時ごろ行きました！地下鉄北12条駅から徒歩1分ほどで、今回は2人で訪問。12席ほどのコンパクトなお店ですが、店内はほぼ満席と人気ぶりが伝わってきました。 店内には手書きのメニューが並び、どれも魅力的でかなり悩みます。夜限定メニューもあり、定食でもしっかり満足できるラインナップでした。 ▷焼き魚3種盛り定食　1,100円 この日は焼き魚3種類に、だし巻き玉子、きんぴらごぼう、かぼちゃの煮物、大根おろし、味噌汁、ご飯が付いた定食。 焼き魚はそれぞれ焼き加減が絶妙で、皮は香ばしく身はふっくら。脂の甘みや魚本来の旨みをしっかり味わえます。 だし巻き玉子は優しい味付けでふわふわ。副菜も一品一品丁寧に作られていて、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。 ご飯との相性はもちろん抜群で、焼き魚だけでもどんどん箸が進みます。派手さはありませんが、毎日でも食べたくなるような安心感のある定食でした。 現金払いのみなので、訪問前に用意しておくのがおすすめです。

Right next to the Kita 12-jo subway exit, I ordered the 豚バラしょうが焼 (pork belly ginger stir-fry). The owner cooks it on the spot and it was served quickly. The main dish was a big bowl with lots of meat slices, somewhat thick 😃 There was quite a lot of onion and a pile of lettuce too. The portion was very generous and really delicious—one of the very few main dishes I've had in Japan that isn't too salty. The staff were friendly 😉 The matcha-flavored green tea that came with it was also good.

A must-visit if you want to enjoy Japanese home-style cooking. It's a quiet and kind-feeling place, with staff who greet you warmly the moment you arrive and a delicious aroma that puts you in a good mood. As expected, the food was tasty and enough to soothe a body and mind tired from traveling, and the portions were generous too. If I travel to Sapporo again, this is a place I'd like to visit again.

🦅 Washio★Jiro's "Hokkaido Classic Gourmet" series vol.92 👑 【Yasohachi Bento】 A small Japanese eatery (koryori-ya) that opened in August 2023 near Hokkaido University. The interior has a calm atmosphere with jazz playing, a warm shop run by the owner and the proprietress (okami-san). Today I had the signature 【Yasohachi Bento】😋 Rice is served in a single-serving sushi tub (sushi-oke), and on top are boldly lined up colorful side dishes such as sockeye salmon, meatballs, kakiage, dashimaki tamago, chicken, eggplant with cheese, and potato salad. Everything is carefully made, and it's so good the glossy rice just keeps disappearing! The soup, fragrant with katsuo dashi, ties it all together gently and leaves you feeling content. I polished it off in no time♪ So good～(*´∀｀*) As a Japanese person, a Japanese-style set meal is the best after all. It's a warm shop that reminds me of 'Okakura' from the TV drama "Wataru Seken wa Oni Bakari." This might be good to stop by at night too.
