I come here whenever I'm craving good meat. Wagyu, fresh horumon, green onion rice, bibimbap… everything is delicious and I'm always super satisfied😌 Christmas means yakiniku at Terazakura😘

Charcoal-grilled yakiniku. The mino and horumon were delicious. What's in the photos plus rice, a half yukgaejang soup, and 2 soft drinks came to about 16000 yen. For parking, turn onto the road beside the police box across the street, and the parking lot is right there on the left. Spend 4000 yen and you get 1 hour free.

A rare place where you can enjoy Kitami yakiniku in Sapporo! Irresistible for takenoko fans! Date of visit 2024.12.14 A restaurant in Sapporo city where you can enjoy Kitami yakiniku [Yakiniku Terazakura] Kitami is a yakiniku town, a town with tons of yakiniku restaurants. [Features of Kitami yakiniku] It's known for horumon and sagari, lots of offal, grilled on a shichirin Seasoning is salt and pepper or each restaurant's own special raw sauce Another feature is that the meat isn't pre-seasoned I'm captivated by Kitami yakiniku, and my favorite cut is [Takenoko]. It's a blood vessel, the aorta to be exact. It has a crunchy texture, and the fat around it is delicious too! It's addictive~ Being able to have that takenoko in Sapporo is pretty rare, you know~ Apparently this was originally opened by [Horiguchi] from Kitami, and while it seems the management has changed, the takenoko is still going strong! I'm definitely coming back (lol) The sagari was delicious too~ Since there's no pre-seasoning or marinade, there's no hiding anything, which is another feature of Kitami yakiniku. Every meat was delicious It felt like I was in Kitami! The yukgaejang gukbap to finish was also right up my alley, so good~ Thanks for the meal~

◎Atmosphere The seats are spacious and the atmosphere is relaxed. You grill the meat on a shichirin right in front of you, but there's a duct that sucks up the smoke, so it's not smoky. ◎Taste The wagyu fillet in particular was tender and really delicious. The wagyu series is pricey but worth eating. There are condiments on the table, so you can adjust to your taste. The side dishes were good too. ◎Price Just over 10,000 yen for 2 people eating until full. The wagyu fillet is about 5,000 yen, so everything else is reasonable. ◎Parking The restaurant has no parking lot, but if you park in the designated lot you get a service ticket. ◎Reservations I went on a Friday night and the seats were pretty full, so reserving in advance is the safer bet.

I heard from a Kitami tourism ambassador that there's an amazing yakiniku place in the city, so I paid a visit. Kitami's classics are pork horumon and beef sagari. You season the unmarinated raw meat with salt and pepper on the grill, and the sauce has an elegant sweetness from plenty of the local specialty onions. Gather around the shichirin and have fun enjoying Kitami style.
