Came here for dinner on a Wednesday around 1830 and it was relatively empty. The atmosphere is really nice and feel very high end, as you walk in you can see some very lovely desserts. The beef was great and not too expensive. The 上ローwas really good... Melt in your mouth meat. Service is pretty bad, waiters are all quite grumpy and not very helpful. Maybe we had a bad day and would say definitely go and try.

This is one of the best yakiniku I’ve tried! The beef tongue is a must try for me! So crispy, juicy and tender at the same time. The platter has lots of different cut to try from, and every bite was amazing. The other dishes like tamagotchi rice, pancake and sundobu was amazing too. Perfect dinner!

we enjoy the dinner here so much we ordered the 德壽和牛 （一頭盛） it is so worthy , the quality is really nice. the beef is so soft and we reserve with 7 people , they give us a room , high privacy and we enjoy a lot after that, we went for the night view. very good dining spot for tourist !

I was very disappointed with the service from the staff. During my meal, I asked a staff member whether I could use a ¥1,000 coupon. I was clearly told that I could use it and that I should show it when paying. However, when I presented the coupon at checkout, I was suddenly told that it could not be used. I asked twice, “Wasn’t I just told that I could use it? Why can’t I use it now?” However, the staff did not properly answer or explain the situation and instead ignored my questions while rushing me to complete the payment. I am a foreigner, but I speak Japanese and was able to communicate with the staff without any language barrier. Therefore, I was especially disappointed that my questions were simply ignored. The problem was not simply that I couldn’t use a ¥1,000 coupon. What was disappointing was that the staff gave me incorrect information and then refused to explain the situation when I asked about it. I expected much more respectful and sincere customer service.

A famous and popular barbeque shop with several stores in Sapporo. Many are within easy driving distance. This store has a large parking lot and is very easy to stop. I often go on Sunday, but it is easy to stop the car before 12 o'clock. It is also possible to make a reservation. There is a waiting seat right at the entrance. I think that about eight to ten people can sit. The cash register is also on this side. There are table seats and a seating area. Because the parlor is surrounded by partitions, I think that I can eat slowly, and even small children can eat without worrying about the surroundings. The menu is very fulfilling. There are many types of lunch menus, and you can enjoy this lunch menu on weekends as well. There are cold noodles, ramen and bibimbap. Of course not only white rice but also rice with green onion is an excellent item. You can ask for large and medium servings at additional charges. The meat is soft and the hormones are so delicious that it is hard enough. There are two types of sauce, but both sauces were very delicious. Of course there were quite a few types of desserts as well as drinks. This time I asked for a very delicious cream puff that was in the showcase. The cream cream only creamy cream is light, sweet and modest and quite delicious!
