Maybe 3.7 instead of 4...My dad’s favorite ramen shop at the moment. Gently shoyu based with fish dashi and japanese citrus. Cha shew is really really good. I have to come back a couple more times!!
View on GoogleWabisuke ramen boasts strongest taste among fierce battlefield in Sapporo Based on shoyu and fish dashi, that achieve delicate and Inexhaustible savour. Michelin's one star listing is the proof of that praised delicacy.
View on Google2025.2/24 Shoyu+chashu+ajitama 950+300+150=1400 yen It really is a comforting taste (lol) What is it? Like Japanese soba, or something that fits my DNA perfectly; nostalgic yet also new, hmm! Everyone, give it a try yourselves (lol) 2024.11/19 Around PM12:30 Shoyu ramen, chashu topping 950+300=1250 yen Meal ticket system, L-shaped counter with about 8 seats? 1 table One-person operation Naturally, almost full at lunchtime The owner has that cool, seasoned craftsman vibe (lol) Service is quick, too The broth is based on fish flakes, yet has an unusual tanginess The noodles seem homemade, medium-thin and straight, and tasty Lots of people order tantanmen (lol) I'm guessing it's a flavor that slowly hooks you after a few visits (lol) It's really close by, so I'll be a customer for a long time (lol) Thanks for the meal~!
View on GoogleAn older man runs the place on his own. Showa-era popular songs play inside. They were so nostalgic that I found myself humming along lol The tantanmen was light, so it apparently wasn't the rich tantanmen my husband had wanted. But he said it was still tasty. Since we like curly egg noodles, we didn't really appreciate the appeal of the homemade noodles.
View on GoogleIt's seafood-based ramen, so it may not be to everyone's taste. The tsukemen had fairly thin noodles. I personally prefer thick noodles for tsukemen, so that was unexpected. The disappointing point is that the owner is so busy that the atmosphere isn't conducive to customer service. After all, it's a one-person operation. A family member who had miso ramen said shoyu might have been better❓️, so perhaps seafood-dashi ramen tastes better with shoyu. The tsukemen dipping broth was mildly spicy.
