A comforting ramen with a Japanese dashi base made with Soya salt and premium niboshi. Our top recommendation is the Niboshi Shio Ramen! 3 minutes on foot from Susukino Station and Hosui-Susukino Station on the subway. It's on the corner along National Route 36. If you come by car, using a nearby paid parking lot gets you 100 yen off your bill (30–60 minutes free) ♪ “Japanese-style ramen with seafood-based, rich but light broth.”

Looks like family run ramen. All their signs say good ramen and it was true! Get the shoyu and miso ramen for your first time. Also try their dumplings.
View on GoogleThis store was near where I stayed, so I decided to visit for dinner. The broth was unique, with strong notes of ginger. I enjoyed it very much. There were many other locals eating there at the same time so you know this place is the real deal.
View on GoogleFriendly staff, good service seating two, and tasty ramen. We had the Niboshi (¥900) and Spicy (¥1000) Both were good - I think I preferred the spicy between the two. They have a simplified English menu available. With a beer and gyoza, it was ¥2900 o.t.d. ごちそうさまでした
View on GoogleThe sardine ramen was amazing, wasn't too heavy. They had an English menu, although smaller. They also offer ramen without pork. I also added an egg which was 100¥, and it was perfectly soft in the middle.
View on GoogleGood ramen with reasonable price. You can have morning ramen from 7:00 to 11:00 and it's only 500 yen. Very cozy and kind restaurant.
