うどん土間Udon Doma
Sister shop of Zabouan. Sets of "natural dashi" udon with a "kakuni don", "anago don", or "tendon" (pickles, salad, and almond jelly) are popular. We also have unusual udon such as "tantan udon", "chilled tantan udon", and "kakuni curry udon", as well as classic menu items like "kashiwa udon", "kamaage udon", and "chilled tanuki". A place to catch your breath during work or shopping. The interior is calm. We'll be waiting for you with cold water and hot tea.

If I had to sum up our experience in three words, it would be: This. Is. Amazing. This restaurant is a wonderful underground hidden gem. While the space is quite small, it accommodated our five-person group just fine. Ordering is done via a ticket machine where you pay upfront before eating. We ordered several filling dishes alongside a cold udon, which completely blew my expectations out of the water. I was anticipating something bland, but instead, I was greeted by a wonderfully smooth texture and fantastic flavor. The tempura was absolutely delicious and perfectly crispy. It had a wonderful, deep flavor, and each bite delivered a deeply satisfying crunch. I was considering an another restaurant before, but I'm glad that I chose this. This restaurant was quite hard to find, but still, my meal made up for it. I thought this udon would be as bland and insipid as normal udons that I tried, but this proves me completely wrong. I will definitely come back. This meal has brought to light a new thought in my head. If I were to come back to Sapporo, this would probably be my first meal there. Come and try it, you'll never regret it!
View on GoogleWe visited this place on a Sunday at 5pm, when it opened for dinner service. The place quickly filled up with three groups, including us. The tempura udon and chicken udon tasted good. However, we did not like the Dandan udon.
View on GoogleUdon was nice and chewy. Tempura was good too. Unexpected find. Will need to access via a small sliding door to the basement level.
View on GoogleBest tempura udon I’ve had I Japan! Great portion size, affordable prices, and friendly staff who even poured us some Hojicha tea.
View on GoogleIt's not the best. But it's also not the Worst. Given at this loaction. It's still a good place to enjoy youv udom. If you are a fussy eater. Than don't Visit this. It may not be a M 5 start or any given star. But it sure give us some very good food on the table. Come try it yourself. Rather than looking at other posting to see rating.…
