Treize.13
A additive-free bistro on the 1st floor of the Sansei Building, Sapporo's oldest reinforced-concrete building, over 100 years old. We serve dishes made with seasonal ingredients and a commitment to handmade cooking. Lunch centers on pasta, with a lineup that changes by season, including beef stew and doria. Our colorful, hearty assorted appetizer platter is popular with women who want to "enjoy a little of everything" and men who want to "feel truly satisfied." For dinner, in addition to additive-free house-made charcuterie, seasonal appetizers, and pasta, we prepare satisfying meat dishes. Please enjoy a leisurely time with wine.

A lovely, cozy bistro just a short walk from Odori Park! Delicious French and Italian dishes that feel high-end without the steep price tag. The owners are so friendly and make you feel right at home. A hidden gem in Sapporo!
View on GoogleAbsolutely delicious food! Very friendly staff, and the chef is a true master. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleDo not hesitate one second before trying the wonderful food heaven that is Treize.13. From the moment we stepped in the door - a party of 10(!) - we were greeted in the most gracious manner by the charming host and waitperson whose service was simply top-level. And then the food - ah! Divine! Everything we tried was fabulous - a delicious blend of Hokkaido locally sourced and seasonal ingredients with a continental European infusion prepared by a chef who clearly has a flair for flavors and a passion for cuisine. Each dish had its own unique profile and was enjoyed to the final morsel. Bravo and merci beaucoup-beaucoup-beaucoup to the team for making our first dinner in Sapporo memorable and magical.
View on GoogleRevisited for the second time, dinner on March 27 Now, whenever I want to eat good wine and food, this place always comes up as a candidate. This time we enjoyed the assorted appetizer platter, where you can enjoy a little of various things, firefly squid pasta, oysters, and braised beef shank. For wine, I regretted drinking too much last time and managed to limit myself to a glass of sparkling and one bottle of orange, but in the end I added glasses of white and rosé... Anyway, the wine just keeps flowing ♪ Every item on the platter is delicious, and the wine already flows freely. The pasta has a firm noodle texture and is full of ingredients, and again the wine keeps going. Oysters are my wife's favorite, and they were packed in an iron pan! Very satisfying, and the wine keeps flowing here too. I had actually planned a proper main meat dish but never got to it, and finished with the meat from the warm appetizer. As always, the service is pleasant, the interior is clean, drinks are served in spotless glasses, the wine selection is more than sufficient, and for orange wine alone we were offered about 6 bottles. They remembered the wine I had last time and recommended another wine by the same producer, which moved me. Anyway, this shop has a rich variety of wine and you can enjoy good-value wine at reasonable prices. It has become a very precious shop for me now. Thank you for the meal today too. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー I visited for lunch on a heavy-snow Sunday. My aim was daytime drinking of wine on my own, and it was delicious. Besides the lunch menu, I also ordered pâté de campagne as a snack. The wines by the glass include red, white, and orange, all of a quality far above house wine. They also attach explanations about the wine to the bottle, which is fun. What especially delighted this wine lover was the cleanliness of the glasses. There were no traces of tap-water chlorine that are common; you can see they are wiped thoroughly. Actually, there aren't many places that open for lunch with cutlery and glasses this clean and make for a pleasant meal. The way dishes are served in step with how the drinks are going is also a thoughtful touch. I think the quality and price of the food are quite satisfying. Next time I'd like to come for dinner ♪
View on GoogleI didn't know they were open for lunch, but when I passed by the lights were on, so I went right in! The generously portioned appetizer salad, the peperoncino with a spicy kick, and the doria with rich cream were all great. I've been here for dinner a few times, and of course it's delicious! Please give it a try!
