I would not recommend this spot! When my friend and I sat down, none of the staff came to our table. They didn’t even bring us water or utensils, which we saw other tables get served. After we placed our order on the phone, we waited over 40 minutes for our pancakes and still hadn’t received our drinks. The cafe didn’t seem busy, so it’s hard to understand why it took so long. When our pancakes finally arrived, they were soggy and basically uncooked. My friend’s pancake was a bit firmer, but it was still very soft and overly sweet. By the time we got our drinks, we were already full. The staff offered to make our drinks free, which was a nice gesture, but I still wouldn’t go back to this place.

I had the seasonal peach pancake set and an iced latte. The presentation of the pancakes was so pretty and it even came with a whole peach. It wasn’t overly sweet and I devoured the whole plate pretty quickly :) Also the wood that the tables are made of smell so good too!

This place uses mobile ordering exclusively. They explained that it takes about 20 minutes after ordering. I think it was written in small print too, but I'd have liked them to tell me when I entered. I thought the maple syrup topping was an extra serving, so I didn't realize it wouldn't come unless I included it in my order… (And you can't ask unless a staff member is nearby.) The pancakes were delicious. Maybe adding toppings would have let me change up the flavor. Delicious, but the service could be a little better… that was my impression.

I ate here. I had ととのパンケーキ, but there was no syrup, and this is what arrived. I borrowed photo 1 from 食べログ. Photo 2 is the actual item. No syrup. They didn't clear away the menu after I ordered either. I borrowed a box from the adjacent seat to put my belongings in. The pancakes were delicious, but as a dining establishment it was disappointing. Maybe they were part-time staff, but even when I pressed the bell to call them, they showed no sign of coming promptly. Without asking whether I wanted my drink before or after the meal, it arrived a while after the pancakes were served. I hope they make proper improvements.

Went in alone. A male staff member only showed me to a counter seat. There was no explanation of how to order, or whether water was self-service? I was left there for a while without water. I think an explanation would be kinder! Pancakes + ice cream topping After ordering at the table, only an empty case that presumably holds knives and forks was placed on the table. I thought they'd put them in when bringing the food, but even when the food arrived, I didn't get any. Feeling confused, I asked a female staff member for water, a fork and a knife, and then ate m(_ _)m They support a wide range of payment methods, so you can pay without cash too👍 The food and atmosphere are good!!! At lunchtime, the table seats were filled with reservations, so it seems better to book when going with several people! I heard people arriving without reservations being told they would wait 30-40 minutes👂
