Wanting to enjoy their particular "dashi" and "noodles" simply yet luxuriously, I ordered the "morisoba" and the "assorted tempura." The moment it arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the carefully arranged noodles. The 100% custom-made noodles spread the aroma of soba the more you chew, and go down the throat superbly. The tempura has a crisp, light batter, and the elegant frying shows craftsmanship. The thick chicken tempura in particular was surprisingly delicious. The interior is very calm and clean. The service is also very polite and gentle, and their thoughtful attention warmed my heart.

A stylish interior, mostly counter seating. A hideaway-style shop; it's yakiniku, but you can taste various cuts of chicken. For each cut there are recommendations such as salt, miso, or dashi, and finishing with soba in the dashi I grew myself was the best ✨️

Went for lunch. I ordered the "chicken tempura soba" and "2 side dishes (kinpira gobo + tamagoyaki)." The soba was thin and smelled wonderful with every bite, and was very delicious. The chicken tempura was crispy yet moist and juicy, and I was very satisfied. The eggplant tempura was also very delicious. The soba alone is hearty, so I think even an adult man would be satisfied. I'm curious about dinner too, so I'd like to go.
