鳥秀Torihide Susukino
Torihide Susukino is an izakaya in Susukino where you can casually enjoy yakitori and tempura. It is used in all kinds of situations, from a drink after work, get-togethers with friends, and company banquets to those who want to enjoy Sapporo cuisine while sightseeing. It's easy to drop in even alone, and accommodates everything from small meals to large group banquets. Yakitori starts from 220 yen, with more than 50 varieties including classics such as Date chicken skewers, chicken liver skewers, negima, tsukune, and pork skewers, plus creative skewers. Since you can order one skewer at a time, it's also recommended for those who want to enjoy their favorite skewers little by little. There are also original skewers made in collaboration with the popular pickle shop "Yakumi Chaya"…

Didn’t even make it in the restaurant - we were a group of 3 foreigners (1 caucasian, 1 korean, 1 chinese) and were told the restaurant was fully booked when there were clearly quite a few empty seats
View on GoogleFood was amazing and service was great. Only thing was a smoking coughing guy next to my table otherwise food was exceptional and innovative.
View on GoogleSorry Japanese only” Why? Very rude policy.
View on GoogleIf you want to enjoy delicious yakitori and creative dishes in Susukino, I recommend Torihide. In particular, the "tsukemono skewers" made with pickles are a dish you can hardly taste elsewhere, and they went perfectly with alcohol. The tempura made with seasonal ingredients was crispy and the flavor of the ingredients came through clearly, so you can enjoy the seasonal feel as well. Also, the rice-based whisky "Koichi" has a lovely aroma and is easy to drink, so I'd really like you to try it with the food. It had a calm atmosphere and was a wonderful place to enjoy food and drinks slowly.
View on GoogleIt had a homey atmosphere and the young woman on the staff was pleasant! The tsukune topped with kombu and the burdock meat-roll sticks (?) were so delicious I can't forget them. The iburigakko cheese skewer was also good. I'll definitely be back.
