For delivery, it's Tonyoshi only. Delivery is fast, and Tonyoshi is the only place where you can get authentic fried food at this price. Once, I asked on the off chance for a double stewed sauce katsu that wasn't on the menu, and they happily made it, and I've been a loyal customer ever since. It's also nice to buy the side dishes to take home and cook rice at home.

I order here often. Their phone manner and customer service are wonderful. I usually order by phone and then go pick it up. They serve it freshly made, so it's always delicious. The batter is just the right thinness, so it doesn't sit heavy on the stomach.

My family's been ordering from them for 10 years, but lately every bento that arrives is awful. The meat is thin and curled up, and the panko is crumbly so it looks messy. There's a world of difference between when we started ordering and now. I don't want to pay for food worse than an amateur's. Katsuya or Matsunoya look neater and taste better than this. The deli tonkatsu at the nearby Co-op or Yokado might even be better. We talked it over as a family and decided we won't order from here anymore. Consumers who spend money are more critical than you think; it makes no sense that you keep raising prices while the bentos you deliver get worse. Maybe this is what happens when you run from inconvenient voices, listen only to praise, and get conceited and full of yourselves. That attitude shows up in the results in any line of work. For this shop, the food is the result.

From the side menu, I got 2 servings of chicken katsu to go. It's a takeout-only shop so it's small, but it's clean with a calm atmosphere. The service is polite and pleasant too. About 10 minutes from ordering. The chicken katsu was piping hot, juicy, tender, and yummy. Next time I'm thinking of getting Tonyoshi's popular Tonyoshi yakisoba. Thank you for the meal.
