Really nice meal. Had the special tonkotsu ramen and it's signature Siew mai. Ramen broth is thick and flavorful. Wasnt expecting the taste of siew mai to be a combination of xiaolongbao n dabao. So good. It's slightly away from the main shopping district. Yet, the overall dining atmosphere was really good.
View on GoogleRandomly walked into this ramen shop at night for dinner. Ordered their best seller since it was recommended on the menu. The ramen was quite good and the noodles had a nice texture. The broth was flavorful, but slightly too salty for my taste. Still a good bowl of ramen overall.
View on GoogleRecommended by our tour guide, Miss Chillin — and it did not disappoint. The tonkotsu ramen was amazing, with a rich and comforting broth. Condiments are available on the table, even fresh garlic. The restaurant was packed with locals when we arrived, but luckily there was one table left for the four of us. The owners were friendly and the service was quick. Perfect ramen after a long day exploring Hokkaido. Just maintain the quality and become even more successful
View on GoogleThe tonkotsu ramen here is comforting, rich, and unforgettable. The broth is thick and creamy, with a deep, satisfying flavour. The noodles soak up the broth beautifully, delivering flavour in every bite. All the elements come together harmoniously, and the option to smash and add garlic allows you to tailor your ramen to your liking. A truly comforting bowl of tonkotsu ramen that I’d happily return for whenever I visit! Their chashu don, curry rice and fried rice are all so flavourful and delicious too!
View on GoogleDelicious ramen!! Totally worth the wait outside in the cold for a few minutes! The ramen is thinner than other places I’ve been too, but I really liked the texture! I had 4 people in my party so it was a longer wait.
