Delicious place
View on GoogleThe food offers good value, but the staff’s service is really bad. The assorted meat platter was quite satisfying for 2 adults, and considering the price, I thought it was reasonably tasty. The チヂミ was really delicious, the rice dishes came in generous portions, and having onigiri means there is something for toddlers to eat if you bring them. But the staff member who greeted us acted like “So what?” even after we told them how many people there were. After freezing for a while, they asked, “Do you have a reservation?” Their attitude already made me think, wow, really? Everyone working the floor was young and looked like a student, so perhaps they were part-timers? Still, there should be a basic standard of polite language and communication. This is not a dirt-cheap place either. If they can stand around chatting in what looks like a waiting area? by the entrance, I wish they would learn to speak like restaurant staff. The explanation after we entered was clumsy, and I could barely understand what they were saying. They also fumbled or stood frozen when bringing orders, so the meal was not enjoyable. We had table seats, but the arrangement of the table and side table made it incredibly difficult to reach for menus and condiments each time. I do not think this is limited to this branch, but I felt the little details were unsatisfying.
View on GoogleLunch is cheap, which is nice. Perfect when you want a quick yakiniku meal.
View on GoogleI came for dinner early on Sunday evening. Orders are placed on a tablet, and the food arrived quickly too. I got the impression that used dishes were only cleared when we asked, so it would have been better if they cleared them a little more often.
View on GoogleVisited during lunch hours. Yakiniku set meals are around 1000 yen~1500 yen; this time I had the half-and-half rice bowl+noodle set. Under 1000 yen. The 冷麺 might be my favorite of those I know. The noodles are not overly firm but retain their bite, and the soup is not overpowering, so spice and vinegar go well with it. There are quite a few toppings, in small amounts each. The rice bowl was strongly seasoned, but there was not enough meat. It felt as though they might be cutting back on meat and compensating with stronger seasoning. The sides were salad and pickles. Caesar and vegetable dressings were provided on the table. They used to have sesame dressing, so it is a shame that is gone. You can also order from the dinner menu, so there is a fair amount of flexibility.
