時計のない喫茶店Tokei Nonai Kissaten
A "café without a clock" in Sapporo, Kita 18-jo, near Hokkaido University. We roast specialty coffee in-house and brew it carefully, one cup at a time. What we value is not only the taste, but also the aroma the moment it's ground, the steam, the changes as the temperature falls, and the lingering aftertaste once you've finished drinking. It's a café not only for drinking coffee, but for stepping away from the flow of time for a little while. Please enjoy a time of relaxing alone in the quiet shop.

The owner runs everything by himself, I am amazed how he can handle everything. The attention to detail is what I noticed most. Food was delicious and the coffee was brewer to perfection. Atmosphere is amazing and the music is relaxing. This is a place to come and enjoy without hurry.
View on GoogleWhat a beautiful, charming cafe. I don't understand why this place isn't rated five stars. The coffee is flawless, the cheesecake is yummy, and the owner is lovely. The place has a cool, midcentury feel, with lots of warm-toned wood, vintage plates and cutlery, lace curtains and a record player. If you're interested in speciality coffee, don't miss this cafe.
View on GoogleNot reccomend to go alone although they have counter seats, the lightbulbs and where they were placed absolutely wrong, I got a headache and my eyes hurt because of sitting with the lightbulb right in front of my seat for too long. Poor service, the owner runs everything by himself and that make it takes long time to get everything even the bill. Poor food, I left the cafe after my second bite.
View on GoogleIf you like light roasts this place does complex and delicious ones! I think it deserves more stars than what is currently rated; indeed the Japanese comments that the coffee tastes thin and "bad" are probably those who like super dark roasts. The ambience is great, the cutlery and dishes are vintage, the music matches my taste, and it seems that the owner has a taste for Greta Gerwig and Sofia Coppola movies. I bought the Panama microlot beans that is a Japan exclusive. The dessert (a chestnut turrine) is okay, and the beans are sold in 50 gram bottles/boxes which is exceedingly little if you ask me (it won't even last 5 days 😅) but I am giving it 5 stars to show my appreciation for its deliciousness.
