A small restaurant with seats serving two groups of 3 each at most. It's inside the market, might not be easy to find. We didn't have a reservation but were served only after 15 min. wait. In reality, only 10 or 12 pcs nigri, it didn't take long to finish the meal. Seafoods were fresh and tasty. However, the cross cuts of the squid pc weren't cut deep enough so the pc was kind of chewy.

I ate omakase, and the quality, freshness, and taste were all good. If you have a chance to stop by Nijo Market in Sapporo and you think of sushi, I recommend you to stop by. (+very very kind) However, there is a waiting list, so you need to make a reservation after visiting.

Best sushi I’ve had in susukino region!!! Super fresh uni it becomes sweet and melts in your mouth. Owner is super nice. Make sure to ask for reservations (they write on a piece of paper). Go walk around while you wait for your turn. :)

At the last minute, we discovered a restaurant known for its excellent sushi. Taking a chance, we queued for a number and, with a 1.5-hour wait ahead, decided to explore the market in the meantime. When we finally got our seats, every piece of sushi was incredibly fresh, and we even ordered another round of otaru.

The best sushi I’ve had in my life. We did the 10 piece omakase set for 3000 yen and it was totally worth it. Each piece was fresh and flavorful, and melted in your mouth. I’ve never experienced fish quality to this level. Plus the owners are the sweetest people! The restaurant is located inside the fish market (so you know the fish is fresh) and it was very easy to find if you follow the directions on Google maps.
