The staff are very polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They make guests feel comfortable and cared for, which adds a warm touch to the overall experience. As for the food, the sushi is fresh and prepared well, though the variety and flavours are quite standard. Many of the items taste similar, and there isn’t much that stands out in terms of uniqueness. It feels more like a casual stop for a quick sushi meal rather than a place that offers an extraordinary dining experience. Overall, Sai Kaku is a pleasant and convenient choice for anyone visiting the market area. It offers decent sushi, good service, and a nice atmosphere at a reasonable price. You get what you pay for, and with such friendly staff and a comfortable setting, it is still a good spot to enjoy a simple Japanese meal. Just average, simple and nothing much.

Food was pretty good. My wife's fell apart before she really started eating, in general, prepared sloppy. Staff was nice, but we were seated next to the loudest group of drunk businessman. We could hardly hold a conversation. Not worth what we paid, to me.

When the menu has Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese, it will probably not be good. Tourist trap. The sushi was cut so thin (see picture of scallop), same level as Kura Sushi, just for 6x the price. They didn't even bother to wrap the nigiri all the way (see my picture). Service also sucked - I got my drink after I already finished eating. Price was about 1万円 for 2 people. The atmosphere was good, and the quality of the fish was fine.

One star for location and Japanese room atmosphere. Otherwise, the food quality is average and overpriced; the sushi taste was too strong in wasabi; the service was mediocre. Worst part was when we discovered an alive green frog in our avocado salad..!! 😱

Very bad sushi. I can’t believe this is in Japan at all, and expensive for the quality. The pieces were not well done. Different sizes, rice not sticked and the fish was room temperature or even more. Do not recommend
