A place with delicious hamburg steak where you can really taste the flavor of the meat. It's mostly counter seating, and I think watching them cook right in front of you while you wait is part of the fun. Free rice refills are another nice point, great for people who want a hearty meal. It's a popular place, so it always seems crowded, but it's still a place I want to come back to.

I've been going around trying all kinds of hamburg steak in Sapporo, and personally, this place was the most delicious. As reviews say it's similar to "Sawayaka," I think it's the closest style in Sapporo. Great value for money too, I'm definitely coming back. However, since it's counter seating only, your luck can vary wildly depending on timing. The customers before us turned over smoothly and got seated right away, but when it was our turn, things unluckily stalled. They take your order while you're in line, but a parent and child who were seated ahead of us (a student son and his mother) — the son kept eating, then getting up and fanning himself in front of the air conditioner… over and over, and in the end he couldn't finish his rice refill, so his mother slowly ate the rest, and we ended up waiting quite a long time. We could see our hamburg steaks being grilled across the counter, but since the seats weren't freeing up, they just sat on the iron griddle the whole time…… Sure enough, when they were served they were completely "well done." It tasted totally different from when I ate there another day. (Still delicious, though) Since it's a place that prioritizes turnover, I thought it's not suited for families who want to take their time, and it's a bit inconsiderate. My number one is still "Sawayaka," so 4 stars, but in Sapporo, this is the best.

Photos of anything other than the food are prohibited The hamburg steak isn't the fine-textured type but the meaty type, yet it's not greasy and stays delicious to the last bite. I think the value for money is the best. Parking is 3 spots in front of the shop, and apparently you can also park at the pachinko parlor's lot diagonally across the street. The parking is on a slope, so it's a bit hard to park. The opening hours are short, so it feels a bit rushed. They grill it right in front of you, and the meat had a really solid flavor and was delicious

I arrived 5 minutes before opening, but the parking lot in front of the shop (4 spots, I think?) was full, and there was a line at the door! I parked at the partner parking lot and went in, then waited about 30 minutes inside. While we waited they handed us the menu and took our order once we'd decided, so the food came out quickly after we sat down. It came with one perfectly round hamburg steak, and the staff cut it in half and poured the sauce over it. It smelled amazing. And it had a nice flavor with a hint of spice. It came with rice, miso soup, and salad, and apparently rice and miso soup refills are free. Very satisfied with both the taste and the portion.
