I've been using JR a lot lately, so I keep turning up at Sōen Station. This time, yakiniku & jingisukan here. A charcoal grill is set on the counter. I ordered fresh lamb jingisukan, specially selected thick-cut premium liver, and salted horumon. The jingisukan pan appears on the grill. The jingisukan is hand-cut after ordering. Vegetables come set with it too, which feels like good value. I had the premium liver without overcooking it, with the green onion salt sauce; the thick cut is delicious. I had highballs and lemon sours in mega size. It's nice that you can drop in quickly. There's also all-you-can-drink, so satisfaction is high. Thank you for the meal ♪
View on GoogleThere are probably many places where you can eat jingisukan over charcoal, but few where you can eat other yakiniku menu items at the same time. This is exactly that place. The jingisukan pan is placed on the right side of the grate of the large charcoal grill, so you can enjoy both at once. Of course the meat is delicious, but the side menu is delicious too. The yukgaejang soup is delicious. I hope you'll visit as a place to fully enjoy the Sapporo yakiniku style.
View on GoogleThe jingisukan here is the strongest. The lamb fillet is definitely cheating. I can eat it endlessly. I'll say it again. I can eat it endlessly. The umami of the lean meat is wonderful, and lightly grilled it's tender. I don't know how many mega highballs I drank. The tongue with green onion sandwiched in it is crazy good, and there are izakaya items like grilled ginkgo nuts, so you'll definitely get hammered. It's one of the places I want to go again when I come to Hokkaido. Thank you for the best food and drinks. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI've been coming for 10 years! There are many expensive and delicious yakiniku places, but here, whether it's the meat or the side menu, everything is delicious yet very reasonable, and I'm happy every time! When asked for recommended shops in Sapporo, I introduce this one first, and everyone thanks me, saying they're glad they went! It's a famous shop I want to keep going to from now on!
View on GoogleI came for the first time this time! Personally, the seseri and jingisukan were the most delicious! The liver had no gamey smell either, and I had it with the special sauce! For the closing reimen, they bring it on a large plate so everyone can share, and the serving speed is fast, so I recommend it!
