The food was tasty, but we only managed to try the gyoza. We ordered two portions — after an hour we received just one, and the second never came. However, the bill included both portions. We paid for undelivered gyoza and left the place with disappointed filling.

This place is disgusting. Ridiculously rude and discriminating foreigners. I can't believe these people can do such things to customers. I've traveled around the world and never been treated like this. I went in with my husband to have some beer and food. The waiter couldn't speak any English so I used my intermediate level Japanese to order food. As a foreigner I'm not familiar with some food name so I asked what they are. It didn't take me long to finish order, but the waiter head came and told our waiter to stop serving us. Then he told us to leave because I couldn't speak fluent Japanese and I "wasted" their time. He said they are very busy and don't have time to deal with us. Then everyone disappeared, leaving us in shock. Seriously, WTF?! Like really? WTF?! You know, I will call the cop if this is in the US. Who gives them the right to discriminate? Sapporo is an international city with millions of tourists every year. This should not happen to a country who will host the Olympics next year.

The worst and the most disgusting place ever. After we ordered the food (we knew a bit Japanese but not too fluent), the server rudely asked us to leave because we couldn’t speak Japanese and they didn’t bother to “waste time waiting for us to order”. Wow seriously WTF - this is Sapporo and your clients are mostly from overseas!? If you ever want to stay in business, this would be the last thing for you to spare. We will file a complaint against you in front of Sapporo consumer protection agency. You are screwed. You are discriminating you customers.
