As someone used to curry that only contain potatoes and carrots, I was at first cynical of the variety of veggies in the dish. BUT IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! The soup was creamy but not overwhelmingly rich, the meat tender and flavorful. I ordered the lowest level of spiciness but I think a bit more heat would be great too. Nice cozy ambiance, queue was not crazy long, good portions for a reasonable price. Truly a gem ❤️
View on GoogleThe highlight was the burdock root:lightly crisp on the outside, soft and tender inside. My spicy fish soup curry was rich, aromatic, and absolutely delicious with rice. A comforting bowl packed with flavor. Can’t wait to return and explore the rest of the menu. 🍛🌶️✨ Payment tip: cash or selected mobile payment apps only; credit cards are not accepted.
View on GoogleTheir recommended soup base, bossa, was creamy, and I think coconut milk was used. The fragrance was noticeable but a bit weak, and the flavors were overall not too intense, so I think it’s suitable for those who have weaker stomachs. The highlight is the burdock root, which was cooked until tender and crisp. Most of the veggies in the soup were root veggies, so it was filling. The chicken was tender and fell off the bone easily.
View on GoogleWe arrived at this store on a Thursday at about 6:30pm. We waited 30 minutes for a table for four and another 15 minutes for our food to arrive. We ordered the classic chicken leg with vegetables. The food was delicious and worth the wait. The portion was large, and I could not finish it without help from my family members.
